Set the stage

Did you know that  it is estimated that only 10% of home buyers can visualize the potential of a home (http://homestaging.about.com/od/hsr/a/Did-You-Know.htm). That means 90% are not going to be able to look past dirt, clutter, and imperfections.  While some people may have the eye for setting the stage themselves, others may consider the cost of a home stager a worthy investment.

As I’ve mentioned, buyers are well educated.  They know what they do and don’t want.  They spend hours, days, weeks and months scouring the internet for the perfect fit for their lifestyles and needs.   Pictures are the initial draw but they must be high quality pictures that truly show a highlight a selling feature.   It is essential that your home makes a strong first impression so setting the stage is critical.
